Tech Mahindra Datamime has come up with new crowdsourcing platform for AI driven jobs. Let’s look at the jobs available at this platform. Are they worth it or not?

you can get gigs allocated once you qualify job assessment and pass language test. Moreover you can get user studies to give feedback on device testing, user interaction etc.
What I like most about gigs is Knowledge Bank where you will get videos, documents of instructions and examples to work on microtasks. In Gigs allocated section you will find jobs you have allotted. At present Populii Creativity Test is trending task.
Populii Creativity Ratings Project
About 4 months ago Ratings creativity task appear on this platform. People rushed to get work by completing creativity qualification test but still many of them didn’t get the work.
Even though there were reminder mail from support team regarding work availability but distribution of work is unfair at this platform which you can consider biased in some cases. Those who were part of Datamime UHRS project may have got work but still they are also not satisfied with the work and task availability.
I too had received many email from the Tech Mahindra support team regarding Populii work update….Attention Dynamic Rating Project awaits you….. Update Payoneer Payment details etc. but honestly if I say I also didn’t get any work. However I qualified creativity qualification test levels 1, 2 both. But still No work available.

Payment Worth it or not?
Payoneer is default payment method at Populii. At present this is available but in near future some other payment options may be available. Monthly payouts may be requested from earnings.
Once you submit withdrawal request Payoneer will process your payment. Some people who worked on Creativity, factuality tasks earns average $4 per hour at this platform.
You can expect and average income of $150 monthly if you dedicate yourself 30-40 hours for work. However there is no guarantee that every time you will get available work.
As this is new AI driven platform so hoping to get more tasks is fair but actually work is not available all time. Many people are still waiting for work be it on Creativity, Chatbot Persona or Factuality ratings project.
My Honest Review
It’s been more than 5 months I registered and qualified Populii qualification test but still not getting any work. Above discussion about work, rating project at Populii and crowdsourcing tasks we see that availability of work is poor at this platform.
Moreover test and instructions are easy to understand, payment is quite fair as we get in other micro-tasking platform but efforts, understanding and particularly giving judgements for fulfillment, usefulness and presentation takes time.
It is not possible to rate sentences without reading it carefully so average judgement time is little longer than any other micro-tasks. I have also noticed one thing about work, It is available for those who were previously working on Datamime uhrs project.

If you have already registered and passes creativity qualification test then wait for sometime you may get work. However you can try to add more languages to get a chance to work on ratings projects.
Many people say that German, Spanish and French languages have regular tasks but I am not sure about it. In such dilemma you should try UHRS alternatives where you will get ample opportunities of work.
